De f\u00e5r m\u00e4nniskor att v\u00e4nta VANSINNIGT L\u00c4NGE p\u00e5 asyl\u00e4renden \u2013 ibland i \u00e5ratal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And if that wasn't bad enough, they suddenly change the rules, like getting rid of track change. This isn't just incompetence; it's a DELIBERATE SYSTEM designed to trap and discard vulnerable individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unga M\u00e4nniskor Kastas Ut Fr\u00e5n Hem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f6rest\u00e4ll dig att komma till Sverige som barn, kanske bara 10 eller 12 \u00e5r gammal. Du g\u00e5r i svenska skolor, l\u00e4r dig spr\u00e5ket, f\u00e5r en utbildning och s\u00e4krar till och med ett jobb, f\u00f6r att i slut\u00e4ndan bygga ett liv och ett hem i Sverige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, due to the Swedish Migration Agency's slow processes and arbitrary rule changes, many of these young adults are being torn away from the only home they've known. Often, they are rejected at 18 while younger siblings get to stay. This is nothing short of BARBARIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bryter Mot M\u00e4nskliga R\u00e4ttighetslagar!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn't just morally reprehensible; it's against the law. The Swedish Migration Agency is OPENLY BREAKING fundamental human rights rules enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Article 3: No cruel or inhuman treatment. Making people wait for years in fear, then kicking them out after they've built a life, can be seen as cruel and inhuman treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artikel 8: R\u00e4tt till respekt f\u00f6r privat- och familjeliv. N\u00e4r ett barn v\u00e4xer upp i Sverige, skaffar v\u00e4nner och kallar det hem, \u00e4r det en stor attack p\u00e5 deras privat- och familjeliv att ta bort det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fight Back! Don't Let Them Win!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ALWAYS APPEAL! If the Swedish Migration Agency says no, immediately appeal to the Migration Court. Get a lawyer to show how you've built your life here and how kicking you out breaks your Article 8 rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talk about \"NEW REASONS\"! If things change, especially for people who've lived in Sweden a long time, tell them there are new reasons why you shouldn't be sent away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If courts in Sweden say no, you can take your case to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR). It's a long road, but it's where Sweden has been repeatedly EXPOSED for its failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sweden's Reputation is Ruined!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DABO mot SVERIGE (2022, kr\u00e4nkning av Artikel 8): Europadomstolen kritiserade Sverige f\u00f6r dess stelbenta krav p\u00e5 familje\u00e5terf\u00f6rening och fann att till\u00e4mpningen oproportionerligt belastade familjer och kr\u00e4nkte deras r\u00e4tt till privat- och familjeliv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M.S. mot SVERIGE (2013, kr\u00e4nkning av Artikel 8): Domstolen d\u00f6mde mot Sverige f\u00f6r att ha f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt utvisa en irakisk medborgare med djupa, l\u00e5ngvariga band och integration i landet, och erk\u00e4nde den allvarliga kr\u00e4nkningen av hans privatliv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S.F. OCH ANDRA mot SVERIGE (2012, kr\u00e4nkning av Artikel 3): Sverige befanns skyldigt till kr\u00e4nkning f\u00f6r att ha f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt utvisa uzbekiska medborgare till en verklig risk f\u00f6r tortyr eller om\u00e4nsklig behandling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These aren't just legal defeats; they're MASSIVE STAINS on Sweden's international reputation.
