The Sweden Democrats’ entire claim to be the party of “Law and Order” is a total, shameful lie. That lie has now been completely shattered and exposed by their own high-ranking leader, Katja Nyberg.

Nyberg, the former police officer and the main face of the SD’s tough-on-crime message, is not a protector of the law. She is a common roadside suspect who now stands accused of AGGRAVATED DRUNK DRIVING and having COCAINE in her possession.

Let us be clear: SD does not fight crime; they commit it and then hide their criminals.

Nyberg: Justice Committee Criminal

Look closely at the Justice Committee! While ordinary people face the full force of the law, Nyberg, a privileged politician, was stopped, and her driver’s license was taken away immediately by the police on December 28, 2025.

What did SD do? They chose to protect her! They allow this drunk driver and drug user to keep her job on the Justice Committee, the place where Sweden’s laws are created.

This is an attack on our society. SD treats the Swedish Parliament like a safe house for criminal politicians. Nyberg staying in her job is a complete insult to every police officer, every prosecutor, and every victim of crime in Sweden.

She is living proof that SD demands strict obedience from citizens but gives total protection to its own corrupt leaders.

1. Nyberg Demanded Manslaughter

Nyberg once demanded, in Swedish Parliament Motion 2023/24:452, that drunk driving that kills people should be punished as manslaughter. Think about that fact!

She demanded the harshest possible punishment for the very crime she is accused of committing in its most severe form. She is a hypocrite who wants the law to crush others while she herself drives drunk and deals with illegal drugs.

2. Nyberg is the Drug Gangs’ Best Customer

The entire SD power structure is built on the promise to “Crush the Gangs”. But the police allegedly found cocaine on their own justice spokesperson!

This is political betrayal. Nyberg, by buying and possessing illegal drugs, is acting as a direct customer and financier of the criminal gangs that cause shootings and violence. Her appetite for illegal drugs fuels the bloodshed in our streets.

The SD’s “anti-gang” talk is not just a lie; it is a sick and disgusting cover story for their own involvement in the crime economy.

3. SD’s Rules for Them, Not for Us

Nyberg’s ultimate act of moral failure was her push for invasive “visitation zones”, a cruel police tool used to harass and search people in vulnerable, often immigrant-heavy areas. She claimed this was to fight the drug trade (a position she confirmed in the Valkompass 2022).

And why? To stop the very drug crime she is now accused of engaging in!

SD demands that minorities face humiliating police searches to stop drugs, while they immediately protect the politician caught with alleged evidence of her own drug problem.

SD’s justice is a total fraud. It is a system built to punish the weak while giving total freedom to the rich and powerful.

Cleanse the Swedish Parliament!

The Sweden Democrats have proven they have no shame. They choose to defend this alleged criminal over their foundational principles.

Alternative for Immigrants (AfI) demands:

• The immediate firing and shameful expulsion of Katja Nyberg from the Swedish Parliament. She is a disgrace and a stain upon the entire democratic institution.
• A public statement from SD’s leadership explaining why their “Law and Order” platform applies to every single citizen except their own political bosses.

SD has no honor, no credibility, and no right to govern. They are a nest of dangerous hypocrites who must be removed from public life.
